Does Svenskt Tenn wrap Christmas gifts?
You have the option to order your Christmas gifts beautifully wrapped in Svenskt
Tenn’s classic style. You can choose which and how many of the products in your
order you want to have wrapped.
For environmental and handling reasons, we do not offer gift wrapping for
Christmas decorations.
When is the last order date for delivery in time for Christmas?
Sweden Postnord - 18 December
Outside Sweden UPS Express - 16 December
Pick up in store - 22 December before 12:00 am
How does in-store pickup work?
You will receive an text message when your order is ready for pickup at the
Concierge in our store on Strandvägen 5. Your order cannot be collected before
you have received this notification. Please allow approximately two business
days from the time of purchase for your order to be ready.
All orders delivered to the store for pickup will be wrapped as Christmas gifts.
Can I order corporate gifts?
We help you and your company find the perfect gift from our unique assortment.
Ordered gifts can be delivered anywhere and are always beautifully wrapped in
Svenskt Tenn’s classic style.

Can I reserve products in the store via Svenskt Tenn’s Customer Service?
During Holiday Season, we have no opportunity to assist with reservations. If
you make an online purchase however, you can choose to pick-up your order at the
store.
When does the holiday shop open at Svenskt Tenn?
The holiday shop is launched online at svenskttenn.com on Thursday 30 October at
18:30 CET.
In our store on Strandvägen 5, the collection is available from Friday 31
November at 10:00. CET
What is the exchange and return policy during the holiday season?
Items may be exchanged until January 6, 2026, upon presentation of a valid
receipt. The regular 30-day return policy applies. The extended exchange period
does not apply to holiday decorations, custom orders, cut fabric, gift cards,
gift coins, seasonal items, or discounted products. With a gift receipt, an
exchange or store credit of equal value will be offered.
