Where do I find care instructions for my product?
Care instructions for your product can be found in the product information on the product page. If you have further questions, do not hesitate to contact customer service.  
Is Svenskt Tenn’s whole range available online?
Svenskt Tenn’s own products, together with a carefully selected external assortment, are available for purchase on our website. Are you looking for a specific item made in one of our beautiful Josef Frank fabrics? Our assortment varies with the season, which means that the products available in our fabrics may change over time. To stay updated on new product launches, we refer you to our newsletter and social media channels. You can subscribe to our newsletter on the homepage.
Can I have my product gift wrapped when I shop online?
Yes. It's optional in the checkout. Svenskt Tenn has a broad assortment of products in various sizes. For most of the items, our e-commerce offers a gift wrapping service. If gift wrapping is unavailable for the product you have chosen, it is due to environmental and logistic reasons. We do not wrap Christmas or Easter decorations.
What are the opening hours for Svenskt Tenn?
Store & Concierge Monday – Friday: 10:00am – 6:00 pm.  Saturday: 10:00 am – 5:00 pm. Sunday: 11:00 am – 4:00 pm. You are welcome to contact Svenskt Tenn’s Customer Service for questions, orders, or personal advice regarding product selection. You can chat with us directly when the chat icon is shown as active — you’ll find the icon on the homepage under the support section. The chat is open Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm (CET).
