Can I track my order?
Yes. You can track your order by using the tracking number you received when you
ordered a product online.
How soon after I place an order can I pick it up in the store?
If you place the order before 11.00am, it can be picked up the following day
from 10.00am. You will receive a text-message when the order is ready for
pickup.
Can I place an order to a different delivery address?
It is possible. At checkout, in step 2, you will enter your billing address.
After that, you can uncheck the box “Shipping and billing address are the same”
to provide a different shipping address.
If you would like the recipient to receive delivery information, we recommend
that you enter the recipient’s email address and phone number.
Which countries does Svenskt Tenn deliver to?
Delivery of products purchased via Svenskt Tenn’s website is available to Sweden
and Europe, North America, Asia, and Australia. For other countries, please
contact customer service.
Can I ship my order to another country?
It is possible. At checkout, in step 2, you will enter your billing address. You
can then uncheck the box “Shipping and billing address are the same” to provide
a different shipping address. Select the country you wish the order to be
shipped to, and then fill in the remaining details.
If you would like the recipient to receive delivery information, we recommend
entering the recipient’s email address and phone number.
Please note: if your order is being shipped outside the EU, import duties and
local taxes will be added upon delivery. These charges are handled entirely by
local authorities and the shipping company and are beyond Svenskt Tenn’s
control. If you wish to prevent the recipient from having to pay these charges,
we recommend that you contact the shipping company as soon as you have received
the shipment ID.
