What are my payment options when shopping through the website?
For orders made through the Website you can, among other things, choose bank, credit card or invoice payment. All payments by invoice are made via Klarna, and for questions regarding an invoice, you contact Klarna directly. When making a purchase through your bank or by credit card, Adyen B.V. manage all transactions, which are done with secure encryption and according to strict bank norms. Your card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or retrieved by anyone other than your bank. We also practice the use of 3D Secure for validation of certain credit cards. Svenskt Tenn does not charge any extra fees for card payments. When paying by credit or with debit card, our terms take effect as soon as the card transaction has been approved. When you order through customer service, you pay by payment in advance through a payment link for  creditcard.
Is it possible to pay with gift cards and gift coins on the website?
Yes, you can use gift cards as payment both on Svenskt Tenn’s website and in the store at Strandvägen 5 in Stockholm. The gift card can be used for all products and services, with the exception of shipping costs. Gift coins are only valid in the store at Strandvägen 5 in Stockholm. It is not possible to pay with gift coins on the website.
Can I pay with an invoice if I have a registered company?

Where can I check the balance on my gift card?
Check your balance here. Enter the 16-digit multi-code of your gift card. If you have a physical gift card, you will find the multi-code on the back of the card. If your gift card is digital and was sent by email, you will find the code below the barcode. If you received your gift card via SMS, the multi-code is provided in the message text.
Why do the prices in Euro/USD differ from the prices in SEK?
The price listed by Svenskt Tenn in SEK applies to deliveries within Sweden only.  Prices in other currencies include additional fees that are needed for insurance and export outside of Sweden.
How does Svenskt Tenn handle my personal information?
Svenskt Tenn must collect your personal information to fulfill the agreement. Personal information is any information that directly or indirectly can be connected to a living individual. The information given at registration is registered and handled by Svenskt Tenn. You have the right to request an extract of information registered about you once a year. If any information is incorrect, incomplete or deceptive, we will naturally correct it if you inform us. You can also request to have the information about you deleted. Svenskt Tenn only uses the information to fulfill the agreement and does not sell the personal information to any third parties. By accepting these terms and conditions you also accept that Svenskt Tenn collects and handles your personal information.
Can I feel safe when I shop online at Svenskt Tenn?
We always offer you a secure payment method. We cooperate with Klarna which meets the PCI DSS requirements. All card details and your personal data are encrypted, which means that only authorised persons can access the information. We also practice the use of 3D Secure for validation of certain credit cards.
What payment options do we offer in the store at Strandvägen 5?
In store we accept payment by Card, Swish and Svenskt Tenn giftcards and giftcoins.  Please note we do not accept cash in store.
