What is the shipping cost when shopping on Svenskt Tenn’s website?
The shipping cost varies depending on the product. You can view the estimated
shipping cost directly on the product page or in the checkout once you have
added the item to your shopping cart.

Stockholm, or when placing an order through Customer Service, please contact us

What is the delivery time when shopping via Svenskt Tenn’s online store?
Delivery time within Sweden for items in stock is 1–3 business days.
Delivery time within the EU for items in stock is 5–7 business days.
Delivery time to the rest of the world for items in stock is 7–10 business days.
For custom made, Svenskt Tenn will notify you of the delivery time by email
after your order has been placed.
Can I have an item gift-wrapped when shopping on Svenskt Tenn’s website?
Yes. It's optional in the checkout. Svenskt Tenn has a broad assortment of
products in various sizes. For most of the items, our e-commerce offers a gift
wrapping service.
If gift wrapping is unavailable for the product you have chosen, it is due to
environmental and logistic reasons.
We do not wrap Christmas or Easter decorations.
How do I track my order?
You can track your package by using the tracking number you received in the
delivery notification. If you have chosen in-store pick up, a notification will
be sent to your phone as soon as your order is ready for pickup.
Can I change a placed order?
Unfortunately, you cannot change an already placed order.

Can I place an order to a different delivery address?
It is possible. At checkout, in step 2, you will enter your billing address.
After that, you can uncheck the box “Shipping and billing address are the same”
to provide a different shipping address.
If you would like the recipient to receive delivery information, we recommend
that you enter the recipient’s email address and phone number.
Can I ship my order to another country?
It is possible. At checkout, in step 2, you will enter your billing address. You
can then uncheck the box “Shipping and billing address are the same” to provide
a different shipping address. Select the country you wish the order to be
shipped to, and then fill in the remaining details.
If you would like the recipient to receive delivery information, we recommend
entering the recipient’s email address and phone number.
Please note: if your order is being shipped outside the EU, import duties and
local taxes will be added upon delivery. These charges are handled entirely by
local authorities and the shipping company and are beyond Svenskt Tenn’s
control. If you wish to prevent the recipient from having to pay these charges,
we recommend that you contact the shipping company as soon as you have received
the shipment ID.

Can I add an item to my already placed order?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change or add an item to an order that has
already been placed. If you wish to purchase additional items, we kindly ask you
to place a new order for them.

Can my company shop on Svenskt Tenn's website?
On our business page, you can register an account and shop on behalf of your
company. If you have previously created an account on Svenskt Tenn’s regular
website using the same email address, please note that you will need to delete
that account before creating a business account on the business page.
